Relaxation (Swedish) Massage FAQ
We use industry standard draping techniques, keeping you covered and comfortable for the entire session. No areas are exposed without consent and you can always let your therapist know if you are uncomfortable with a particular technique.
We encourage each person to undress to their level of comfort. For most clients that means being completely undressed, while many prefer to keep undergarments on. This is completely up to you. We provide the privacy of the massage room for you to undress to your level of comfort.
For those who use massage as stress relief from the work week and to manage regular tension, once per month is the most common frequency. For those recovering from chronic tightness or those in a particularly stressful situation, weekly massage or twice per month is common.
A license means that a massage therapist has met the requirements and paid the fee to legally practice massage in your city, county and/or state. To obtain a license, a massage therapist will usually have to complete a minimum number of training hours at an accredited or accepted school or training center.
